Tickling

Monday, January 14th, 2008

Tickling is the act of lightly touching a sensitive area of ones skin. Tickling causes the body fidget and jerk and some times laugh.

Tickling can only occur if the one who is being tickled is calm and comfortable with the one who is tickle. Anger, aggression, pain, or rejection will cause any tickle session to have no effect or cause pain.

Tickling is an act that can be playful or sexual. It all is defined upon the intent of the one tickling the other or others being tickled.

Tickling for foreplay is used to induce laughter and humor into a sexual situation usually to begin the touch process of foreplay. Tickling helps introduce touching into a foreplay sessions, but can also end a foreplay session if the being being tickled is turned-off by tickling.

Tickling may not be enjoyed by some. In fact, prolong tickling could reverse or counter any previous foreplay processes if done too long. Tickling, in this case, is not foreplay.

Tickling can be fun if there are people who are comfortable and accepting the other’s touch.
